These are the Top 10 best books for starting a business 2024. This is my personal idea and I’m going to be going over the top six business books that I read before I started my first company. It is essential to have the knowledge and expertise of a business person before starting your first actual business so that you will not waste your hard-earned cash. That will lead us to our first book.
Rich Dad Poor Dad.
Whenever you start a company, you want that company to thrive. You want that company to succeed. You want to be able to do everything in your power to make that company work for you. You do not want to work for anybody else; you want your company to work for you.
That’s something that Robert Kiyosaki said in his first book, “Rich Dad Poor Dad.” This is his best-selling book. If you have not read this book, you need to go and get it at your local bookstore or on Amazon. It’ll come to your door. It’s only a $10 investment. Think about this: he is selling all of this knowledge in this book for you for $10. Super easy read.
It tells you everything about the business mindset, how it works. It also shows you that you need to have a higher level of financial education to oversee an actual company. It’s very insightful, and this is one of the first business books that I read. It led me down the path of entrepreneurship.

When you become an entrepreneur, you can make so much more money than other people because you know exactly what you’re talking about. You know how to control your future. The 4-Hour Workweek” by Timothy Ferris. This book is very insightful. It teaches you how your absolute highest goals aren’t as hard to achieve as you might think. It breaks things down into dreamline timelines.
It shows you that just small investments and the power of interest can build up over time to get you everything that you ever want. And he’s very practical about showing you how to manage your time and how to live life and accomplish things in a practical way.
“The 4-Hour Workweek” is an absolutely phenomenal book, a New York Times bestseller and an international phenomenon. I do like the mindset of Timothy Ferris. He focuses more on living your best life as opposed to simply slaving away for a company.
He shows you how to have fun and also be serious. This is a great book to read before starting your first company, and in general, you need to read a lot before starting a company. School and college will not teach you what you need to succeed in the business world.
The government has designed school in a way that turns you into an employee, and that is essential for the economy. If there aren’t employees to run things, then things will not continue, and money will not get made. Products will not get made. So the government has trained you guys to be employees, and if you want to be financially free, you need to break yourself from that mindset.
Start reading business books, source YouTube channels That will help you in your journey, and slowly but surely, you’ll grow. You’ll get better. You’ll understand financial freedom. Having a really good understanding of financial freedom is absolutely essential to your future as an entrepreneur.
You need to have a level of financial knowledge and financial education to further your money and reinvest wisely and make good business decisions.

How to Win Friends and Influence People.
Dale Carnegie wrote this book, “How to Win Friends and Influence People.” This is an absolutely great book. It tells you how human psychology works, how to get to other people, how to make them like you.
It absolutely helps for people who are introverted. I myself used to be introverted, but I have expressed myself. I’ve been able to get myself out there and break free from my shell. It is absolutely essential to read books such as this, “How to Win Friends and Influence People,” in order to understand human psychology and understand how to sell, understand how to make good connections.
This is a very good book on connections. It teaches you stories about very influential figures and how they got to their spots. So I would definitely read Dale Carnegie’s “How to Win Friends and Influence People” if you are introverted or if you need help learning how to make connections with people and make people like you. This is a great book.
As a business person, you need to be charismatic. You need to be likable. People need to have a reason to invest in your company. If someone likes you a lot, then they’ll find it easier to invest in your company than if you’re someone that’s dislikable, disagreeable.
So read this book, “How to Win Friends and Influence People.” It will definitely help you out in your journey. It will teach you how people work, and overall, it’s just a great read. It’s a classic. It was written way back in the day, and it is honestly very well written. I would definitely recommend this book.
You Are a Badass at Making Money.
“You Are a Badass at Making Money” by Jen Sincero. Honestly, this is all mindset. This book is all about how you think, how you get yourself out there, what’s your mentality. Are you better than other people, or are they better than you?

Are you going to let them put you down, or are you going to stand back up? Are you going to stand up for yourself, are you going to stand up for your company? Are you going to make a name for yourself and be successful?
You are a badass, and you will do great if you put all of your effort into it, if you dedicate your entire life to doing one thing. I guarantee you will accomplish that because anybody can accomplish anything as long as they put their mind to it.
So right here, “You Are a Badass at Making Money” is an absolutely great book. It just taught me about mindset before I started my first business, it gave me the confidence to do stuff.
The Art of the Deal.
Right here, Trump wrote “The Art of the Deal” by Donald Trump. It is a great book that just teaches you how to make deals, how to deal with other people. Very similar to Dale Carnegie’s “How to Win Friends and Influence People,” and this is coming from a very successful billionaire who did very well in the real estate market.
Whether or not you like Donald Trump, he has made himself successful, and he is well respected within the business world. So you should check out his book, “The Art of the Deal.” Just to see how he deals with large real estate projects, contracts, other people at his level, how he writes letters.

It’s a very interesting book, and he, in my opinion, is a very good person to have as a role model. Last but not least, we have
The Millionaire Fastlane
“The Millionaire Fastlane” by MJ DeMarco. This is actually one of my favorite books. It was so well written. Sure, the cover and the title don’t look like it would be a very serious business book, but the manner in which he expresses his ideas in this book is absolutely genius.
He taught me the things that I needed to know before I started my first company. It shows you that you do not want to live your whole life investing in 401ks, Social Security, and retirement funds. It’s called “wealth on a wheelchair.” You’re going to end up rich when you’re old, unable to enjoy it fully.
If you’re sitting in a wheelchair, you can’t go enjoy your Ferrari, you can’t go skydiving, you can’t do much that you could do when you’re young. So make sure to get rich while you are young and enjoy life to the fullest later on.
In life, invest in charities, help people out. It’s a great thing to do with your life, and “The Millionaire Fastlane” just teaches you everything you might need to know to have the mindset and the means to make a lot of money young.
This is an absolutely great book to read. The author goes through so much, and he has even email lists, newsletters, and online forums where you can communicate with other people who are in the business world. It’s very similar to Quora, and it’s a great book.
This guy has done a lot for the business world, and even though it doesn’t seem like the right book, it’s kind of an uncommon book, it is an absolutely amazing read, and I would definitely recommend it.
So these are my top six books for anybody who is wanting to be a successful entrepreneur or business person. Whether you’re going the route of college and getting a degree—to get a little more base knowledge and financial education, as Robert Kiyosaki says these are the books right here that you want to start with.

Of course, I’m going to read many more. I’ve already read about seven audiobooks online. “Rich Dad’s Guide to Investing” and “The Richest Man in Babylon” are honorable mentions, as well as “Think and Grow Rich” by Hill. These are just some great books that you can honestly listen to while you’re driving. If you don’t have the time or the energy to read through these paper copies, or if you don’t have the resources to buy them physically.
And if you’re reading this article, I assume that you’re holding a mobile device or reading through the desktop, then just make sure to plug in through an audiobook or something like that. It gets the information to you a lot quicker, and you can just listen along instead of having to physically take time out every day to go through these pages.
But definitely start getting into the business world, start reading these well-known and well-written books. It will help you so much that you will start thinking things and having ideas that you would never have had before. It’ll help you in the long run.
